Pricing
As Pepper Percussion continues to grow, I am excited to introduce a more structured studio calendar beginning this fall. My goal is to make scheduling, tuition, and recital planning easier and more predictable for everyone.
FALL SESSION
September 1 – December 18, 2026
Winter Recital (Optional but Encouraged)
December 19, 2026
Winter Break
December 20, 2026 – January 3, 2027
SPRING SESSION
January 4 – May 21, 2027
Spring Break
March 29 – April 2, 2027
Spring Recital (Optional but Encouraged)
May 22, 2027
Studio Break
May 24 – June 4, 2027
SUMMER LESSONS
Summer lessons will continue to be offered on a flexible month-to-month basis and will resume June 7, 2027.
TUITION
Beginning with the Fall Session (Sept 1st 2026), all private lessons will be offered at:
One 30-minute lesson per week
$120 per month
Families may choose one of two payment options:
Fall Session (September–December)
• $120 per month for 4 months
• $450 if paid in full before September 1 (save $30)
Spring Session (January–May)
• $120 per month for 5 months
• $570 if paid in full before January 4 (save $30)
Sibling Discount
Families with multiple students enrolled in private lessons will receive a $10 monthly discount for each additional sibling enrolled.
Tuition reserves your or your student’s weekly lesson time and is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is based on enrollment in the studio, not attendance.
Recitals are optional but highly encouraged. They provide students with an opportunity to build confidence, set goals, share their accomplishments, and celebrate their musical growth with family and friends.
Policies
At Pepper Percussion, tuition reserves a weekly lesson time and secures your or your student’s place in the studio. These policies help create consistency while allowing flexibility when possible.
Tuition
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and reserves your weekly lesson time.
Tuition is based on enrollment in the studio, not attendance. Because lesson times are reserved in advance, tuition remains the same regardless of missed lessons, holidays, recital weeks, or
scheduled studio breaks.
Makeup Lessons
If you or your student must miss a lesson, please provide as much notice as possible.
Each student is eligible for up to two makeup lesson credits per session (Fall Session and Spring Session). Makeup lessons are scheduled based on availability and must be used within the same
session in which they were earned.
Additional missed lessons beyond the two allotted makeup credits will not receive credits or
makeup lessons.
Makeup lesson credits have no cash value and may not be applied toward tuition.
Instructor Cancellations
If I need to cancel a lesson, I will provide either a makeup lesson or a credit toward future tuition.
Ending Lessons
If you decide to discontinue lessons, please provide at least two weeks’ notice. Tuition already paid is non-refundable.
Communication
Life happens! Illnesses, family events, and scheduling conflicts occasionally arise. Open communication is always appreciated, and I will do my best to be flexible whenever possible.
